XVR is the most effective solution to upgrade all old CCTV video surveillance systems, as it allows to integrate all new analog CCTV standards "HDCVI / HDTVI / AHD" in high definition, giving the possibility to install cameras even at long distances (800-1000M) using the traditional micro coaxial wiring used for the installation of analog CVBS cameras. UHD 4K video recording is processed by a new video compression system identified as H.265 codec. This technology allows to save up to 50% on storage space and data traffic consumption in remote viewing, compared to the previous H.264 compression.

Note: It is also possible to use the UTP network cable associated with the Video Balun devices. Using the UTP network cable, the maximum video quality of the cameras is not guaranteed. Furthermore, as in HDCVI technology, it is possible to use the coaxial or UTP connection cable to manage all the camera parameters from the XVR such as: OSD settings, PTZ movement management and MOTOZOOM motorized lens control.
