1. Prices

All product prices listed on SafetyHouse.it are expressed in Euros and include VAT , unless otherwise indicated. Prices may change without notice based on market trends or exchange rate fluctuations. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; however, products will be invoiced at the price displayed at the time of order confirmation.

2. Orders

Orders placed online are subject to verification and approval by our Sales Department . Each update on the status of the order will be notified via email: available statuses include "Pending", "Confirmed", "Shipped", "Fulfilled", etc.

The update of the availability in stock occurs every 24 hours . For this reason, in rare cases it may happen that a product is available on the site but is out of stock. In this case, we will contact you promptly to offer you:

  • a partial fulfillment of the order;

  • an alternative product;

  • or a total/partial refund of the amount paid.

3. Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code) , you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, without any penalty and without having to provide reasons.

Withdrawal Procedure:

  1. Please send a communication via email or fax within 14 days of receiving the products.

  2. Confirm the communication within 48 hours by registered mail with return receipt to the address that will be provided to you by our customer service.

  3. It clearly states:

    • the products you wish to return

    • the order number

    • your personal data

Once the request is received, you will receive the return authorization by email. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer . The goods must be shipped via a traceable service.

Returns will not be accepted:

  • Deprived of the original packaging

  • Damaged or altered

  • Sent cash on delivery or with shipping paid by the recipient

The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the return , using the same payment method chosen at the time of purchase.

4. Shipping

Our products are shipped with the utmost care and attention. Each package is anonymous and discreet , packed in boxes or padded envelopes without external indications regarding the content, to ensure privacy and confidentiality .

Delivery times vary depending on location and product availability, and will be indicated at the time of ordering.
