Returns and Refunds
The satisfaction of our customers is a priority for SafetyHouse.it. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the product.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code) , you have the right to withdraw from the purchase without having to provide any reason, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal it is necessary:

Send a written communication within 14 days of receiving the goods, via email to the address: assistenza@safetyhouse.it

Confirm the request within 48 hours with a registered letter with return receipt to the address that will be indicated by our customer service.

In the communication it is important to indicate:

Name and surname

Order number

Products to be returned

Any reasons (optional)

Return Authorization and Shipping
Once we receive your request, our customer service will send you the return authorization by email. After approval, you can proceed with the shipment of the products you wish to return.

Shipping is at the customer's expense .

The package must be shipped using a traceable method (we recommend registered mail or courier with tracking).

Packages sent cash on delivery or with postage due will not be accepted.
Requirements for accepting returns
To be eligible for a refund, products must meet the following conditions:

Be whole and unused

Be returned in original packaging

Do not show damage caused by improper use or tampering

Replies with unauthorized shipping methods
Reimbursement
Once the returned products have been received and verified, we will refund you within 14 days of your communication of withdrawal, using the same payment method used for the purchase (unless otherwise agreed)
